Membership Rebate - FAQ If you are a member of more then one PWGA affiliated Golf club, you paid PWGA dues to each of these clubs. You are entitled to a rebate of $16 from each club that is NOT your home club. You originally paid $21 to each club for PWGA dues. You must still pay the $21 for your home club. In addition, the PWGA needs to retain $5 from each individual for each additional club to facilitate certain administrative costs. The additional costs include: --Allows members to be in the computer at each club which includes rosters for each club, handicap for each club and most improved golfer for each club. --PWGA is billed for each golfer at each club by NCGA for computer usage at that golf course. --There are administrative costs in keeping these members in PWGA, one of which includes the cost of processing the rebate checks. You are responsible for filling this out and sending it in. If your Home Club is Shoreline Women's Club the Club # is 28-078-03 Here is a list of other golf clubs and the Club#.
