The PWGA handbooks are now available in a box in the conference room at Shoreline. Please be sure to pick up your book. All the entry forms for tournaments are at the back of this book.

TEAM PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP
Shoreline for many years fielded a team for this event. It would be great to have a team go again in 2006! There are three steps for this:
| 1. | Get your own team together of four players – two sets of better-ball partners. If we have more than one group wanting to participate, we will compete at Shoreline to see which team we send. |
| 2. | The will be an Area Qualifying Tournament on July 10 at San Jose Muni where the winning teams will emerge to play in the Championship. |
| 3. | The Team Play Championship will consist of 36 teams and will be held in Fresno on September 12th and 13th. |
It is imperative that all members of the team are available on the above three dates. Substitutions are only allowed for emergencies. There will be a sign-up sheet with the Starters on Tuesdays at Shoreline. I need to know by March 21st the names of the members interested in fielding a team.

HOLE-IN-ONE
Please notify me if you receive a hole-in-one on a USGA rated course. Player must be a member of PWGA at the time. I need the original scorecard or a copy of the scorecard with the signature of the player and one witness. Original scorecard will be returned to the player with her award.
Miscellaneous
Poplar Creek Women’s Golf Club has extended an open invitation for any Shoreline ladies who would like to get a group together to play in their Invitational on Wednesday, May 31. It will be a two best ball format at $85/player including lunch. Carts will be $26 extra/cart. Entry deadline is May 10th.
