STARTERS AND SCORERS’ REMINDERS
These assignments are your responsibility. You must obtain your own
substitute and then call Paulette Wrightson / Monique Ernst with any
changes. You will be fined $25 if you do not perform your duty or get a
substitute. You will not get a tee time until the fine is paid.
Starters must check in 45 minutes prior to the first tee time.
Players must check in at least 30 minutes prior to assigned tee time.
Players without starting times will go out at the end of the field, if space
available. Desk closes at 8:30 AM. Occasionally there are extra tee times,
and then desk will close 30 minutes before the last tee time.
MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
Each player must fill out a scorecard (even on guest day and special
tournaments). Four signatures are required on each card. Fill out in current
handicap order (low to high). Players who have the same handicap go in
alphabetical order. If there is a threesome, a 4th card does not need to be
turned in.
Each member must serve as a starter/scorer; play 10 games and attend 2
meetings.
RAIN
OUT—DAY OF PLAY
The tournament director will call the Pro Shop to find out if it is raining
at the course. If so and she decides to cancel she will let the Pro Shop
know by 6:30 AM. If you are a starter/scorer, be sure to call and see if it
is cancelled so you won’t have to go to the course.
FROST
DELAY
Members should call to find out if there is a frost delay If there is a
frost delay, the desk will still close at 8:30. Be sure to check in by 8:30
or you will be bumped. No one will be bumped until the 8:30 time. |
